All clothes must be clean, pressed, without holes, stains, or other damage, current in fashion, on hangers and ready to sell. PLEASE CALL US TO CHECK WHAT SEASON WE ARE ACCEPTING BEFORE COMING IN. Handbags must be in near perfect condition. No stains inside or signs of significant wear outside such as missing hardware or damage to bottom or seams. Shoes cannot show significant wear especially on heels and toes. We are no longer accepting jewelry for consignment.

DESIGNERS SECONDS does the pricing and receives 60% of the selling price. Markdowns are at the sole discretion of Designers Seconds. We believe in fair pricing, as we strive to satisfy both the consignor and customers.
MERCHANDISE NOT SOLD WITHIN 60 DAYS becomes property of DESIGNERS SECONDS, and may be donated to a charitable organization. At this time we do donate to ESTHER. Tax credit documentation for donations is available upon request. NO PICKUP OF CONSIGNED MERCHANDISE. IF YOU ARE NOT READY TO PART WITH IT, PLEASE DO NOT BRING IT IN!
Consignor is responsible for requesting payouts. CHECKS WILL BE ISSUED ONLY AFTER YOUR ITEMS HAVE BEEN ON THE FLOOR FOR 30 DAYS, AND AGAIN AFTER 60 DAYS.
DESIGNERS SECONDS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any loss or damage of merchandise due to fire, water, theft or any other cause whatsoever.
